• Promote the five strength of PolyU SPEED programme to all HR students through personal interactions with advisees, HR WhatsApps group and Blackboard announcement. • Use video-shooting of elite degree students / graduates to promote the strengths of SPEED programmes during the Freshman Seminars. • During the freshman seminar, one SPEED graduate shared this working experience in HR industry and his insights related to career development. Such practice helped HR students recognised the strength of SPEED degree programme in these three areas: (1) solid knowledge foundation; (2) intensive career development opportunities; and (3) strong graduate employability.
