Adjudicator: “21st Century Cup” Global Youth Cultural Exchange Conference (Hong Kong Region)

Description

The "21st Century Cup" Global Youth Cultural Exchange Conference was one of the cultural exchange activities under the "Youth Pulse" programme. The event was held from 1‑5 August 2026 in Hong Kong, bringing together young participants from countries and regions with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Under the theme "Uniting Global Youth, Embracing Multiculturalism," the conference used English public speaking as a platform to encourage intercultural dialogue, promote mutual learning among different cultures, strengthen understanding among young people worldwide, and help participants broaden their international perspectives while developing cross‑cultural communication skills.

The English public speaking activity of the 2026 "21st Century Cup" Global Youth Cultural Exchange Conference (Global Exhibition) consisted of two stages. All participants were required to take part in the first stage of the English public speaking exhibition. Participants with the highest overall scores in the first stage (number of qualifiers to be confirmed) advanced to the second stage. The Kindergarten Group and Senior High Group participated in one stage only.
