Chinese Language Interface Advisory Committee (CLIAC) was established in 1999 with Cheung Kwan Hin as one of its founding members and Convenor of one of its Working Groups for 8 years. CLIAC is now under Office of the Government Chief Information Officer. Phase IV of the said Scheme covers CLIAC and some other committees.
