A programme talk was conducted on 5 November 2025 during the regular monthly meeting of the Hong Kong SMART Catering Association and Hong Kong Association of Bakery and Coffee Practitioners, held in hybrid format at the Banquet Room, Eternity, The One, Tsim Sha Tsui.
The Programme Team of the BBA (Hons) in Foodservice Management and Entrepreneurship, delivered an insightful introduction of the programme to association leaders and members from the foodservice, catering, and bakery sectors. The session generated enthusiastic responses and provided valuable industry exposure for the programme. Mr. Arist Wong and Mr. Clive Chan extended warm support, affirming its strong relevance to professionals in the field.
