Managed an end-to-end visit for 140+ Master's students to the Digital Entertainment Leadership Forum (DELF), negotiating full-access passes with the DELF organiser, overseeing student registration and communication, and coordinating pre-trip logistics. Designed the official promotional poster using AI tools, managed event photography, and drafted post-event materials for promotional use.
