Following the previous talk in Mar 2015, invited again to hold workshop to 150+ full-time staff and volunteer leaders from the Youth & Volunteer Dept of the HK Red Cross. The aim was to expose them to the relevance of design thinking to their offerings, and how it can help to drive social and service innovation for the department.
