In First-Year-Experience survey, stage one students reflected that they had difficulties in building social network in HKCC. To help new stage 1 HR students to meet new friends and adapt to HKCC learning environment, two WhatsApp groups for each stage were set up and managed by group coordinators. Students were also invited to introduce themselves and to share their learning experience, adaptation issues during the break-out sessions in Freshman Seminar in Semester 1 and 2.
