Biography:
Amy Ho
Director of Human Resources, Cordis, Hong Kong /
Regional Director of Human Resources Operations, Asia – Langham Hospitality Group
Amy Ho is currently the Director of Human Resources at Cordis, Hong Kong, a modern 5-star hotel complex operated by the Langham Hospitality Group at the heart of Hong Kong’s commercial district. She is also the Regional Director of Human Resources Operations, Asia of Langham Hospitality Group and acts as a business partner and execute the full spectrum of HR functions in order to support the successful implementation of various strategies for hotels in Hong Kong and Asia.
Amy is a seasoned HR professional in the hospitality and tourism industry with over two decades of experience. She has held the position of HR Professional / Director of Human Resources with different hotel groups including Accor Hotels, Swire Hotels and Hyatt. Amy has also been an integral committee member of the Hong Kong Hotels Association since 2015.

Jennifer Ho
Head Mixologist
Jennifer is a qualified sake, wine and spirits expert who has completed courses at the Hong Kong Wine School. With two years of experience working in a chained café and bar, Jennifer is an expert in crafting coffee-infused bespoke cocktails, as evidenced by her championships in the MONIN Coffee Creativity Cup Hong Kong 2023 and International Mixology Cocktail Challenge Showdown 2023. Jennifer’s experience in customer relationship also brings her a unique perspective to devote herself to connecting with guests.
