Replacing Nancy (the former LPC WIE advisor) to be the new WIE advisor in the second half of the semester, I took the responsibility to provide guidance to students and ascertain the achievement of WIE Learning Outcomes by students. I also advised students on the suitability of jobs and provided administrative supports to students in their fulfilment of WIE requirements.
