Provided on-going programme-specific practices that strengthen HR students’ competitiveness and adaptation to tertiary Education 1) Formation of WhatsApp group – send regular reminder to encourage them to manage their time effectively for test and exam preparation and join the extra-curricular activities for holistic development 2) To help students overcome their learning difficulties and adaptation to college life, the sharing of study strategies and time management were provided by stage-two students and programme leader during the Freshman Seminars 3) Disseminate updated learning support information (e.g., Revision centre for buddies, English enhancement workshops or CESO activities) through WhatsApp group and HR programme website at Blackboard. 4) Keep connect with professional parties (IHRM) for continuous support in students’ career development
