Description
1) Incorporate experiential learning, simulation and professional talks in two HR DS compulsory subjects: Fundamentals of HRM and Training and Development. Students were fostered to know the association between theories and practices in the workplace.2) Collaborated with other 8C108-ABUS programmes, to conduct interactive workshops and equip students with business knowledge and essential soft skills
3) In collaboration with Dr. Jonathan Kowk, some workshop organized for SPEED HR students are also provided for Associate HR students. These workshop are stated as follows:
a) SPEED HR Alumni Sharing about their career development experience
b) Dermatoglyphics Analysis (皮紋分析) - Students will learn how to read their dermatoglyphics so that they get to know their personality, and learn how to interact and
work with others based on different types of dermatoglyphics. Moreover, selected students will be given a chance to have direct consultation from the guest to provide the analysis
tohim/her.
c) Organized subject registration sharing session for stage 1 students. Stage two HR students share the important notes, tips and guidelines for selecting elective subjects. This may help stage one students to choose the right elective subjects which could fit their ability and interests. Favorable students responses were received for this seminar (eSAQ average around 4.2)
