For those HR students who failed in mid-term test of quantitative subjects (e.g. BHMH2101 Financial Accounting and SEHH1008 Math and Statistics, extra academic counselling are provided. Based on the academic advices of the subject leaders of these two subjects, I provided extra academic information for HR students as follow: (1) For preparation of final examination, students are strongly encouraged to attend the remedial classes for exam revision. (2) Encouraged weak students to do more exercise posted in Blackboard to practice for preparing the final examination. According to Barbara and Jodie (subject leader of BHMH2101 Financial Accounting and SEHH1008 Math and Statistics), many extra exercises are posted on Blackboard for students to practice such as study guide exercises, reinforcement exercise and textbook exercises.
(3) I also helped students to identify their ineffective study methods and time management habits and provided suggestions for improvement in study strategies.
