Liaise with Links International for the provision of internship positions which enable the HR stage 1 students to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and selection

Responsibilities of internship jobs:
• Gain full understanding of headhunting / recruitment by providing full process assistance to recruitment and business services teams
• Assist with candidate search / headhunting
• Assist with interview & selection process for candidates, manage the internal information resources
• Assist with candidate database management
Provide internship positions for stage 2 HR students
Number of internship positions: 6-8
Liaise with AIA for the provision of internship positions to help stage 2 HR students widen their business horizon which is essential for career development.
This new internship programme is named as AIA iDREAM programme. It includes
four-day online workshops and gaining front-line experience in financial services.
A series of workshop includes:
1. Interview and job adaption skills
2. Effective Strategies for building personal network
3. Basic knowledge related to financial planning
4. Company visit of AIA for enhancing students' exposure to business world.
