Digital language technologies supporting Artificial Intelligence in English-Medium Instruction higher education provide rhizomatic affordances facilitating reciprocal knowledge co-making across disciplines and ethnicities. Digitally equitable access of generative AI (GenAI) software provides user-friendly visual and textual content creation for everyday life and academic registers and genres. This interactive session aims at introducing the conceptual framework of the Multimodalities-Entextualisation Cycle (MEC) (Lin, 2016; 2020) as a heuristic and reciprocal meaning-making tool for nurturing future-readiness with digital transformation.
