The Hong Kong Jockey Club (HKJC) recently arranged an induction training for our internship students from the BBA (Hons) in Foodservice Management and Entrepreneurship and BBA (Hons) in Tourism Services Operations and Management programmes, marking the successful launch of their semester- placements in HKJC Catering operations. All participants attended the induction session on 3 Sept 2025, demonstrating a promising start to their hands-on experience that aligns seamlessly with our curriculum's emphasis on practical service excellence.
