My goal as an academic is to create knowledge through innovative and problem- solving research while imparting knowledge through teaching. I seek to synthesize ideas from accounting, finance and management science with the ultimate research aim of contributing to knowledge that transcends the conventional boundaries of accounting research. My research interest are in financial reporting quality, sustainability (ESG) reporting/performance, gender diversity,taxation, auditing, and M&As
