With over 20 years of experience in management and consulting, I have gained a lot of insights in the application of management theories in the real world. I believe that management is a balancing art and am a strong practitioner of Management by Objective. As a leader, my role is to provide a balanced platform for my team to perform and create values for all stakeholders. I enjoy taking up new challenges and am fascinated by the experience of making a difference. I have a genuine interest in utilizing my professional experience to serve the community.
