Description
The study aimed at
(1) Understanding the practice of distributed leadership in the preschool context;
(2) Exploration of different stakeholders’ views about trilingual education in early childhood education;
(3) Development of a traditional face-to-face professional learning community to help preschool practitioners to design play-based curriculum and instruction.
