Description

This project aims at providing sub-degree students with adequate training before starting their internship. It is expected to help students understand their interests and expertise, enhance their knowledge for employment, and strengthen their practical skills in managing employers’ expectations. The training programmes include career aptitude assessment, company visits, pre-employment skills and work behaviours training, and individual guidance, etc. Fund awarded HK$3,413,826 from the Quality Enhancement Support Scheme of Education Bureau of Hong Kong Government. This project was completed successfully.
