Description
The primary objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of tele-exercise (TE) on physical function and exercise adherence among the elderly with possible sarcopenia or at risk of fall in comparison with a community-based group (CB). The secondary objectives include evaluating the elderly’s experience with tele-exercise, with an emphasis on their psychological welfare, social wellbeing, and acceptance of the telehealth approach.
