Abstract
My ink painting Phantasm 5 (幻境圖 5), 180cm(width) x 180cm (height), has been selected and exhibited in the 14th National Exhibition of Fine Arts, China in 2024 autumn. It was further shortlisted as one of ten representative works of Hong Kong from all 84 selected Hong Kong artworks to participate the final exhibition in Beijing. The National Exhibition of Fine Art, China is organized by the Chinese government and is widely recognized as the most important fine art event in mainland China. It is held by every five year and is a competition opened for all Chinese artists in mainland China and oversea to participate. My painting was first exhibited regionally in Shenzhen Art Museum (new building) at 2024 August and then nationally in The National Art Museum of China, Beijing at 2024 September.
