N2 - Despite the widespread attention given to digital transformation, there is a notable lack of comprehensive knowledge concerning its implications for corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability performance improvement, particularly in emerging economies. This study investigates the impact of CSR digitalization on the economic, social, and environmental sustainability performances of firms in Pakistan—an emerging Asian economy—and the moderating effect of organizational green digital culture (OGDC) on this relationship. This study collected data through a survey completed by 333 senior managers and executive officers working in service, trading, and manufacturing sector firms in four Pakistani cities. Data were collected using a convenient purposive sampling technique and the snowball method and were analyzed using the graphical version of the SmartPLS-04 software. Hypotheses were tested using the PLS-structural algorithm technique. The findings indicate that CSR digitalization positively influences the economic, social, and environmental sustainability performances of firms in an emerging Asian economy. Furthermore, the results reveal that OGDC enhances the effectiveness of CSR digitalization in improving social and environmental sustainability performances. However, OGDC does not appear to significantly influence the relationship between CSR digitalization and economic sustainability performance. These results suggest that, while OGDC may boost social and environmental outcomes, its effect on economic performance is less pronounced.
