N2 - The study integrates input from different stakeholders, including patients and family members who receive care from JCHH, clinical and administrative staff, Executive Committee members, and the general community, as well as evidence from site visits, JCHH documents and the wider literature. It also draws on good practices locally and internationally. The Report identifies four strategic areas that will allow JCHH continues to provide high quality care in a sustainable manner. They are supported by a number of challenging yet achievable and practical recommendations. The strategies and recommendations are interdependent and should be implemented as a package to be effective.
