Abstract

The new global reality that has emerged from the COVID-19 pandemic has called for more resilient supply chains. Industry 4.0 technology (I4T) helps businesses achieve better performance. But the effects of I4T on service supply chain resilience are not clear. The purpose of this paper is to understand how I4T affects hotel supply chain resilience in the presence of the COVID-19 pandemic.
